2nd OPEN CALL

Deadline for the 2nd open call was June, 21st 2019. Within this deadline, 31 proposals, addressing the 11 reference use cases were submitted through the “Submittable” Online platform, with applicants from 14 countries across the world, More detailed information about the 2nd Open Call will be published in the project web site soon.

Scope: The goal is to build an integrated IoT platform for the empowerment of AHA and the delivery of homecare in Portugal.

Solution Deployed: Promptly ® is a cloud-based patient-centred digital solution supporting healthcare teams in monitoring and following-up on their patients and allowing older citizens and their caregivers to self-manage their care condition for elderly to increase wellbeing, balance and physical strength.

AGEWARE

Scope: The AgeWare IoT solutions will provide continuous monitoring of elderly wellbeing inside and outside the home.

Solution Deployed: Platform and services for energy efficiency and user comfort monitoring and management in a smart home environment.

REV-PARK

Scope: Intend to provide an innovative technology that will help the aging population and parkinson Patients to pursue a better lifestyle and that help the aging professionals to reply on effective and trusted technology.

Solution Deployed: Remote monitoring of habits and routines of elderly or dependent in their daily life at home for elderly to increase wellbeing, balance and physical strength.
